Off-leash training is distinct from obedience, although skills such as recall are the foundation of off-leash training. Our trainers will begin by assessing your dog’s personality, breed, and temperament (all of which can play a factor in successful off-leash training). Sit Means Sit has changed our lives! We adopted our Aleena from the Humane Society without really knowing her. Come to find out she was dog and people reactive and we couldn’t take her everywhere with us like we wanted to. We had a couple of incident until we decided to make the change. Best investment we have ever made. Our Aleena is being trained to be a service dog, she goes everywhere she can possibly go with us and we no longer have to worry about her being aggressive with other people. Not to mention, Sit Means Sit is always one call away. I have had to call for help twice with a few regressions we had and within a day they were in our house working with our dog to help us. I recommend them to everyone with my eyes closed. If you are willing to put in the work with your dog, they are simply the best tool.

I can’t say enough about the Sit Means Sit training program! My Golden was a Covid puppy and was absolutely wild and unsocialized when I started with Sit Means Sit in 2021. She now has her canine good citizen ship twice and two therapy certifications through Sit Means Sit . Just continue to enjoy the group classes which we attend at least twice a week. Mallory‘s class today was exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable and fun, keeps things moving, and even knows every dogs name! 🤩
